Hot Tub Heroes is a family-owned business run by William and Gabbi. William has been working in the hot tub industry for over five years and brings real hands-on expertise to every service call. Gabbi handles all scheduling and communication, and she's committed to making sure your questions get answered thoroughly. You may hear back within 24 to 48 hours on some requests, because she always checks in with William first to make sure you're getting accurate info. They're a young family of seven, and they take a lot of pride in the work they do.

In some cases we may be able to assist in repairing whirlpool pumps, jets and leaks. Whirlpool bath repairs are evaluated on a case by case basis so please call us to discuss your jetted bath repair.

While we are first and foremost a Jacuzzi Hot Tub & Swim Spa authorized retail and service center we appreciate that there are lots of happy hot-tubers out there that might need help servicing their hot tubs. We’re pleased to work with Hot Tub Heroes to service most major brands of acrylic hot tubs. From Jacuzzi and Sundance to Hot Spring, Caldera, Marquis, MasterSpa, Dimension One and many more if you have a hot tub that needs a little TLC, please give us a call and we’d love to help if we can! We only offer warranty repairs and claim submissions for Jacuzzi Hot Tub & Swim Spa Customers, we do not file warranty claims for other brands.

Before we may schedule your repair, please provide us with the make/model/brand and if you have it, the spa's serial number. If you are unsure of the brand, please take photos of the spa so we can help ID the spa for you. We’ll need your address, email and phone number to get started.

You won't skip a beat, Hot Tub Heroes will be taking over all billing and invoicing so your next scheduled payment will show Hot Tub Heroes as the vendor. In the future we do expect that they may begin using a new software and scheduling service and at that time you will be asked to re-confirm your payment method on file.

Hot Tub Heroes is a Jacuzzi Authorized Service Center and they will be able to process your warranty claim for you. No need to fill out forms and wait for compensation, they will schedule your repair and file all appropriate paperwork on your behalf, just like we've been doing of the past 6 years.

You can still shop directly with Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of the Triangle for all your water care and Jacuzzi branded supplies thru our online store, The Spa Supply Store. Additionally, you can call or email Phoebe at 919-917-0063 or jhtofthetriangle@icloud.com for water care and maintenance support. If you plan on having a service call with Hot Tub Heroes, you can place your order for supplies online with us and they can deliver them to you. Or we can continue to ship directly to you as needed. Remember, shipping is free on orders $100+.
